Annual Assessment -- 100% !

I am happy to report that we have received checks from 100% of our homeowners for the 2008 - 2009 fiscal year annual assessment.   Thanks to all our Cariage Glen homeowners who help make dues collection as painless as possible ... even during summer vacation season. 

Annual dues for Carriage Glen are $165 and as far as I'm able to determine are lower than surrounding neighborhoods, who actually have a much larger number of homeowners to spread their costs. The $13,860 we collect each year from our 84 homeowners supports the maintenance of our common areas and front entrance, including landscaping, water and utilities. It covers the cost of our annual liability and property insurance, and costs associated with communications, this web site, the annual picnic and other events.  Any funds left over from the dues collected or interest received is put into our reserves to cover emergencies and future capital improvements.
